Refund policy

Returns

All orders are subject to our standard return policy of 99 days*. The return period starts from the day you received your order.

We will only accept your return if the following conditions are met:

  • The returned items are in new condition.

  • The 99-day return period has not expired.

  • The returned items are properly packaged.

  • The items have not been exposed to perfume, makeup, or smoke.

  • Hangtags or labels have not been removed or damaged.

A return must be created via our return portal Montre Return Portal before the 14 days have expired.

Exchanges

We offer FREE EXCHANGE if you have purchased the wrong size or simply want to exchange your item for something else. For exchanges, the return period is 99 days.

*We cover the cost of one exchange per order.

Store Credit

We offer free return shipping if you choose a refund to store credit. This option will be available at the end of the return portal, where you can select refund 'store credit'. When refunding to store credit, the return period is 99 days.

How do I return my order?

  • Create your return via our return portal, or write to watch@montre-noble.com

  • Pack the items in the packaging they were delivered in.

  • Print your received return label.

  • Attach the return label you received to your return package.

  • The package should now be dropped off at your Bring parcel shop.

How do I return an order I have previously exchanged?

When returning an order you have previously exchanged, you must use the same order number.

When will I receive my exchange?

Your exchange will be shipped once we have processed your return package. This will happen within 1-3 business days after the return package is submitted. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been packed and forwarded with the selected delivery partner.

When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 14 days from when a return package arrives at our location to be processed. Please note that extended processing times may occur during holidays.

If an exchange/return is not processed within 14 days after it arrives at our address, please notify us at watch@montre-noble.dk. *If customer service is not contacted in a timely manner, we refer to our subsequent guidelines in our terms and conditions.

Can I cancel by simply refusing to accept the item?

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to accept the item without giving us clear notice of this at the same time.

Can I return two orders together?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return two orders together, as our system does not support this function, and you will only receive a refund for one order. If you wish to save on return shipping, we offer, for example, exchanges for another item or a return to store credit.

Will my discount code become invalid if I return part of the order?

When returning an order where a discount code has been used, it may affect the validity of the discount code if the original conditions for the discount are no longer met after the return.

For example, if you used a discount code that was only valid when purchasing exactly two pairs of linen pants for a discounted total price. If you return one pair from the original order, the remaining pair will be priced individually, which could result in a higher price because the discount was based on the quantity of two pairs.
