The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship only on the watch components itself (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indexes) under normal condition of use.

Other components or areas not included in the above will not be covered by this warranty.

We promise to replace your CAINTÈ item if it tarnishes, fades, or accidentally breaks. Just email us a photo of the item along with your order number to watch@montre-noble.com No need to explain — we’ll process a replacement or store credit for you.

Please note: our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to jewelry and not watches. It does not cover items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by someone else. Our fair use policy ensures fairness for all customers.
